James Avery Opens New Location in South San Antonio

Jewelry retailer invites community to Grand Opening on June 17th

KERRVILLE, TEXAS--(May 28, 2010)—James Avery, a family-owned jewelry retailer, announces today the opening of their newest store in San Antonio, Texas.  The new store is located at SE Military Drive and Goliad Road, in the City Base Landing shopping center, under the direction of store manager, Gina Carter and assistant manager, Robin Carreon.  The store features an extensive selection of typically hand-crafted designs offered in numerous metals, sizes and gemstones.  The new James Avery store is open from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday.

"We are excited to open this new location and hope that it resonates with the residents of South San Antonio.  We’ve had a presence in San Antonio for many years and feel very much at home in this area.  With this new store, we hope that it is more convenient for our South San Antonio customers to shop with us," comments vice president, Paul Avery.

Guests are invited to attend the Grand Opening event at the new location on Thursday, June 17th from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.  Refreshments will be available and guests will have the opportunity to enter special drawings for jewelry and other prizes.  Members of the Avery family will be present to welcome guests and celebrate the store opening.  As a gesture of appreciation of customers' support, the new City Base Landing store will make a donation to Boys and Girls Clubs of San Antonio.
