ABOUT OUR JEWELER’S MARK
Since 1954, our designs have featured a jeweler’s mark with a stamped candelabra and the letters “J” and “A” to signify that they’re an authentic James Avery product. Special releases like Designs From Our Archives™ also have the year they were manufactured, which distinguishes them from the originals.

What is Designs From Our Archives™ of the Month?
Starting January 2025, we’ll bring back one retired design per month, which will be available for that month only, while supplies last.

You can purchase these designs at a James Avery store or at JamesAvery.com.

Can I purchase Designs From Our Archives™ of the Month online and pick up in store?
Yes, these items will be available to order online and pick up in store.

When will each month’s Designs From Our Archives release be available for purchase online and in-store?
Each design releases at 10 a.m. (CT) if the first of the month lands on Monday through Saturday. If the first of the month lands on a Sunday, it is released at noon.

Will Dillard’s, Von Maur, AAFES or Airport locations participate in Designs From Our Archives™ of the Month?
Designs From Our Archives ™can be purchased from from any of the nine participating Dillard’s locations, however they cannot be purchased from Von Maur, AAFES or airport locations. They are also available at James Avery stores and at JamesAvery.com.

What if a design I want is out of stock?
There will be a limited number of each design monthly, so we encourage you to shop early in the month. Be sure to sign up for texts and emails to be notified when each new Designs From Our Archives™ is released.

Will these designs be added to the line after they are sold out?
No, these designs are only available for a limited time. Once the item is out of stock or the month when it is released is over, they will no longer be available to order or purchase.

How many Designs From Our Archives™ items can I purchase?
Customers may purchase a maximum of two of each design per transaction.

How did you choose the Designs From Our Archives™?
We chose these designs to highlight a range of pieces that are iconic to the James Avery brand. We wanted to pick a mix of styles that represent the artistry that has been an integral part of our company since its founding in 1954.

Are these designs by Mr. Avery?
Some of these were designed by Mr. Avery, some were designed by others on the design team in partnership with Mr. Avery and some were created by designers who were trained by Mr. Avery, but all are inspired by his work.

Can I get my Designs From Our Archives™ design engraved?
No, Designs From Our Archives™ pieces cannot be engraved.

Can I order a Designs From Our Archives™ in a different metal?
No, these pieces are made in limited quantities and are not able to be altered or offered in another metal.

Will these designs be marked with a special stamp?
Yes, all designs will be stamped with the James Avery jeweler’s mark and the year the Designs From Our Archives™ was manufactured.
