Just bring your bracelet to your closest James Avery store or contact us and we can help. Our team can help you place new charms, adjust spacing and make sure your bracelet or necklace feels balanced and comfortable. While first-time soldering of James Avery charms is complimentary, there is a small fee for moving or re-soldering charms later.

Do you offer engraving on charms?

Do you have birthstone charms for every month?
Yes. Our birthstone charms and other birthstone jewelry are created to coordinate with each month of the year, making it easy to honor birthdays, anniversaries and other special dates in a meaningful way.
Are charms sold individually or with a bracelet or necklace?
Most James Avery charms are sold individually so you can build a charm bracelet, charm necklace or chain that reflects your style. Product descriptions will note when a charm is attached to a base design like a bracelet or necklace.
Can I wear the same charm on a bracelet and a necklace?
Many charms can be worn on both bracelets and necklaces. Changeable bracelets, charm holders and openable links make it easy to move charms as you update your look, while soldered styles are intended to stay in place.
Can I bring my charm bracelet into a store to add or rearrange charms?
Yes. You can bring your bracelet to a James Avery store for help adding new charms or adjusting the layout. First-time soldering of James Avery charms is complimentary, and there is a small fee for moving or re-soldering charms after the first time.
How many charms can I comfortably fit on one bracelet?
The number of charms a bracelet can hold depends on the bracelet style and length, plus the sizes of the charms. In general, leave a bit of space between charms so they can move freely. Our Store Associates can help you decide how many charms will feel good on your wrist.
Are your charms solid metal or plated?
James Avery designs are crafted in solid sterling silver, 14K gold and other fine metals. If a charm includes a special finish, mixed metal design or plated detail, that information will be clearly listed in the product description.
Can I start a charm bracelet if I only have one charm?
Absolutely. Many Customers begin with one meaningful charm and a bracelet or chain, then add charms over time to mark new memories, milestones and celebrations.
How should I care for my charm bracelet?
Store your bracelet in a jewelry pouch or box, avoid harsh chemicals and clean it regularly with a soft polishing cloth. Wearing your charm bracelet on your non-primary wrist and checking clasps often can also help protect your charms.
Do you have themed charms (for example: faith, family or Texas-inspired designs)?
